How Our Products Are Made
Every Freestylers Apparel product is made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful. This means your item is created specifically for you after you place your order.
Production Time
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before being handed off to the shipping carrier. This is in addition to shipping transit time.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time. If you attempt to enter a non-US shipping address at checkout, your order will not be processed.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Processing Delays
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, production will begin the next business day.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at support@freestylersapparel.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If your package is returned to us, reshipment may be arranged at your expense.
